I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Yoga Instructor. I specialize in treating trauma recovery, PTSD, children with disabilities (ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabled) and incorporate my Yoga Instruction as a means of assisting in the healing process. Progressive relaxation techniques used in Yoga practices have been a proven tool for overcoming feelings of anxiety, managing anger, elevating mood, increasing ability to focus / pay attention and increasing self-worth. I also specialize in working with individuals and caregivers in positive behavior modification techniques that are sure to break any negative cycle of behavior and bring peace to your home.

I have over ten years of clinical experience and I use a variety of clinically proven techniques to help you achieve your wellness goals, including; CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), mindfulness Based (MBCT), solution focused brief therapy (SFBT), relational therapy and therapeutic yoga.
I graduated from Stetson University in 2002 with my masters in mental health counseling. My state license number is MH9048.
