A group for overcoming childhood traumas

Does it seem like your past never lets you go?  Studies show that when traumas are left untreated they can have a negative effect on a person for years, possibly a lifetime. Are you struggling with Childhood Traumas such as abuse, neglect or abandonment?  

Have you ever thought I just want to be free from these traumas and the impacts they have on your life?

Help is now available. Two of our trauma experts at CCNSB have designed a group with you in mind.

Kim Winokur, LMHC and Elisa Carter, LMHC are both experts in the field and have over a decade of experience helping people experience freedom from their past.

Elisa and Kim will help you to heal as you learn to identify triggers and feelings associated with trauma and teach you appropriate ways to express yourself, allowing participants to move past the trauma and experience recovery.

As a group member, you will process through past experiences in a safe environment that promotes self-growth and healing. 

Where – New Smyrna Beach, location will be disclosed to group members upon enrolling.

When – Monday Evenings from 4:30 to 6:00 for 12 weeks between January 30th and April 17th

Cost - $40.00 per session.

Please note:  Pre-group evaluation from a therapist or physician referral is required to determine the suitability of prospective clients for the group. There is a strict confidentiality code that is adhered to in this group to allow for a safe and comfortable place for all members. This is a closed group and participation is to be scheduled by the start date, January 30, 2017.
