Blayne is a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Flagler College and holds a Master’s in Education degree with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Florida Atlantic University. She is an EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist. Blayne has completed education and training in evidenced-based therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy. Self-compassion work and other strengths-based approaches are also techniques that Blayne believes are effective within the therapeutic process. Blayne is licensed in Florida for mental health counseling.

Blayne works with children, adolescents and adults who are looking to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, disordered eating, gender, sexuality, life transitions, family & relationship conflicts, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She believes that therapeutic relationships built between a clinician and her clients are as unique in nature as they are crucial to clients' progress. Blayne invites her clients to attend counseling sessions with authenticity and intention; she is committed to do the same. Blayne believes that mutual goal setting, honest ongoing assessment of the therapeutic relationship, and effective progress monitoring are all important facets of impactful counseling and sustainable change. She aims to work with clients that are committed and motivated to reach personal growth and self-empowerment.
