Jessica is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. She serves a wide-ranging clientele base to include children, adolescents and adults. Jessica is experienced in working with individuals, couples, and families.

The essential basis of Jessica’s work is done through offering support and challenging clients to develop insight. She incorporates a blend of interventions that stem from behavioral constructs to include but is not limited to: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy & Reality/ Choice Theory.

Jessica’s approach to counseling involves encouragement to create healthy coping skills and empowerment to foster change where clients feel it is most necessary. By honing into strength areas and focusing on the here and now, Jessica helps clients to explore opportunities and discover desired outcomes with new possibilities. With the use of expressive arts, Jessica believes counseling can be a creative and affirming work that evolves from self-expression.

As a trained yoga instructor she integrates mindfulness-based techniques with expressive arts to help increase focus and in-depth meaning with interventions tailored to the uniqueness of each individual.
