If you are setting up a new patient appointment please go to New Patient Forms and complete the needed forms based on your appointment type after you have given us a call to find the right fit for you. Paperwork must be completed the week before your appointment.

The Counseling Center of New Smyrna Beach has clients that come from Volusia County including New Smyrna Beach, Port Orange, Ponce Inlet, Wilbur by the Sea, South Daytona, Daytona Beach, Holly Hill, Ormond, Deland, Deltona, Edgewater, Samsula, Oakhill, Mims and Titusville.
